🏀 Group Training Package

$240 / month · $60 per session

4 one-hour group sessions each month (one per week)
Billed automatically every 30 days for 3 months (3 payments, $720 total)
Same coach, same group, same standard every week
Grade-grouped: 4th–6th and 7th–12th, boys and girls

Release of Liability *

RELEASE STATEMENT/WAIVER — LEE GREEN BASKETBALL (LGBB). There are risks connected with the possibility of physical injury associated with basketball. In consideration for Lee Green Basketball accepting the registrant for its basketball programs and activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lee Green Basketball, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees, coaches, association personnel, including the owners of gyms, facilities and referees utilized for the programs, against any claim on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize. I acknowledge that other participants are capable of carrying communicable diseases beyond LGB's control, that LGB and its coaches are not responsible if my child becomes ill, and that I am solely responsible for preventive measures. I expressly assume any such risk, known or unknown.
